Furthermore, our on-duty patrol staff, who possess level 3 ECFR medical training and enhanced security qualifications, can be contacted by members, in person, at anytime. In the event of an emergency, we strive to reach your premises within minutes to provide assistance. The value of peace of mind cannot be measured.
Rapid Response
As a Safer Streets member, you will have direct contact with our head office aswell as the on duty patrol car. Should you require our assistance we will aim to be with you or at the premises within minutes.
24/7 Contact
Our patrol staff area based locally at our Tanfield Lea North Industrial Estate HQ. They are available 24/7 and as a DPM you will have a direct contact number for the on duty patrol who will respond to any situations which you may need assistance with asap.
Nightly Patrols
As a member, we will attend your property, home or business, daily and check its secure. These checks will be recorded and details provided to you upon request.
Medically Trained Staff With Defibrillator
Our patrol vehicles are not only prominent and clearly marked to provide maximum visability, but they are also fully equipped with medical kits including defibrillator which provide a significantly higher chance of survival when used on patients who have suffered heart attacks.
Licenced Staff
All of our patrol staff are licenced with the SIA, most have complete the highest level of qualification being Close Protection. All staff are also FREC 3 medically trained and able to assist if required.
